What to include when you contact us
The more specific your message, the faster we can answer it. Where possible, tell us:
- The exact business name or address you searched for.
- The Place ID you received, if you got one.
- What you expected instead, and what happened.
- The browser and device you were using.
A single screenshot usually replaces three rounds of questions, so attach one if the problem is visual.
How quickly we reply
Most messages get an answer within one business day. Weekends and public holidays take longer. If your question is urgent and involves a live outage on this site, say so in the first line and we will prioritise it.
What you can contact us about
Contact IPLokus about anything that involves this site and its tools:
- A place that will not appear in the Place ID Finder.
- A Place ID that returns the wrong business or branch.
- Errors, broken pages, or results that look incorrect.
- Suggestions for tools you would like us to build.
What we cannot help with
We do not control Google Maps data, so some questions have to go to Google directly. Claiming or verifying a business listing, correcting an address inside Google Maps, and billing or quota questions on your own Google Cloud project are all handled by Google Maps Platform support.
If you are unsure which side a problem sits on, ask us anyway. We would rather point you to the right place than leave you stuck.
